From CAD file to
finished part.
AN3D designs, models, and prints custom parts — from one-off replacements to fully engineered prototypes, built to hold up in the real world.
What we build
3D printing & prototyping
FDM printing for one-off parts, replacement pieces, and short runs. Send a file or a sketch, and we'll model what's missing.
Design & engineering
CAD modeling, reverse-engineering worn parts, and design-for-print consulting so your idea holds up outside the file.
A hobby that turned into a shop.
AN3D started with a home printer and a habit of fixing things for family and friends: a broken bracket here, a replacement knob there. Enough of those requests turned into a shop, with the same care for the part now going into the way it's designed, printed, and finished.
Every job still starts the same way it always did: understand what broke or what's needed, model it properly, and print something that actually holds up.
Real jobs, real fixes.
A sample of parts that started as something broken, worn out, or missing entirely — modeled, printed, and put back to work.
Recessed window pull handle
The original handle had snapped and split at the corner, and it wasn't a stock part we could just reorder. Measured and reverse-engineered it from the broken piece, modeled a replacement, then printed and fit it in place — no more prying the window open with a screwdriver.
Sliding door guide clips
Worn OEM guides were letting the door rattle loose in the track. Reverse-engineered the mounting geometry and printed a matched replacement pair.
Mounting bracket, reverse-engineered
The original yellowed bracket (foreground) had cracked with age. Measured and modeled a replacement from the worn original, then printed a fresh one in white to match the rest of the assembly.
Chevy Silverado stake pocket cover
Custom cover for the stake pockets on a 2018+ Silverado 1500 bed rail, with an embossed bowtie mark. Test printed first to check fit, then printed as a 2-color multi-material piece for the final version before going in the truck.
Desk cable pass-through grommet
A round grommet insert for routing cables through a desktop, printed in two hole sizes with a notch that lets cables slide in sideways instead of threading connectors through a closed ring.
Square tube end cap
A friction-fit cap for an open square tube end. The underside skirt presses into the tube opening while the flat top gives it a clean, finished look.

Whether it's a broken part, a new design, or a prototype you need engineered from scratch, describe the job and we'll follow up with next steps and a rough timeline.
